Pangaea Agrochemicals is focused on licencing and developing novel research technology.
Herbicide & insecticide resistance is a growing global threat in conventional & GM crops.
Pangaea owns the licence to patented technology overcoming resistance in weeds, pests and diseases using a primer and a time delay developed by Rothamsted Research and the New South Wales Department of Primary Industries, Australia.
The prestigious Rothamsted Research, based in Harpenden, UK, was established in 1843 and is the longest-running agricultural research station in the world, renowned for its discovery and development of pyrethroid insecticides.
It combines genetic, chemical, ecological and agronomic control strategies for smarter management of plant and animal health and is a world leader in field phenotyping.
Rothamsted Research is famed for the development of Tardis Technology™ by Graham Moores.
Currently under development is a portfolio of crop protection products based on existing active ingredients in combination with patented technology that overcomes pest and weed resistance.
